These Terms of Service apply to your use of adjust.clinic and our Adjust Video application (together, the "Services"), operated by adjust.clinic, a Lloyd Chiropractic Corporation ("adjust.clinic," "we," "us"), in Petaluma, California. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Information only, not medical advice

Articles, videos, condition pages and other content on this website are for general education. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for an examination by a qualified health care provider. Do not ignore professional advice or delay care because of something you read here.

Using this website, calling, texting or emailing us does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are evaluated in our clinic. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Appointments and payment

Online booking is provided through Jane, a third-party scheduling service, and is also subject to Jane's terms. The financial terms of your care, including MedPay, lien and other arrangements, are set out in the written agreements you sign at the clinic. If those agreements differ from anything on this website, the signed agreements control.

Our content

The text, photos, videos, animations, the online clinic tour, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to adjust.clinic or are used with permission. You may view, print and share them for personal, non-commercial use, and you are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy, republish, sell or modify our content without written permission.

Using the Services responsibly

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems or Adjust Video
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by sending malicious code or excessive automated traffic
• Impersonate another person or give false information when contacting us

Adjust Video and connected services

Adjust Video is an internal tool that adjust.clinic and the people we authorize use to produce and publish the clinic's videos on the clinic's own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and Instagram account. Access is by invitation, and we may suspend or end access at any time.

When you use Adjust Video, you also agree to follow the terms of the services it connects to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Terms of Service, the Facebook Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains what Google and Facebook and Instagram data Adjust Video accesses and how we use it. You can disconnect Adjust Video and ask us to delete your data at any time, as described in How to remove access and delete your data.

Links to other websites

This website links to other sites, such as research articles, insurance resources, YouTube, Google Maps and our booking service. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Services, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
